A 59 year old female who slipped and fell on snow and ice on the street of a private community due to the failure to conduct snow and ice removal services. This issue was disputed by the defendants, claiming that snow and ice removal services were conducted on several occasions. A 39 year old male was traveling Southbound on Route 9A in Westchester County when the defendant attempted to make an illegal left turn from the intersecting street of Stormytown Road. The client sustained multiple herniations to his lower back. The defendant's claimed that the injuries sustained by the client were pre-existing in nature due to a prior construction accident. The matter was settled prior to Jury Selection.

A 39 year old male was struck from behind while stopped in traffic on Southbound I-87 in the County of Rockland. His injuries consisted of multiple bulging and herniated discs. The defendants claimed that the client did not sustain a "serious injury" as per the definition of the New York State Insurance Law as the client missed one day of work and had a pre-existing back injury while in the Navy. The matter was settled prior to Jury Selection.

CONSTRUCTION ACCIDENT (QUEENS)                                                                                                                                     $400,000

A 41 year old male was working on the construction of the new Citi Field Stadium when a plank from above fell on his right shoulder, resulting in a dislocation of the shoulder. Surgical intervention was necessary. The defendants disputed the liability of the incident and the necessity of the surgery.
